Bronkhorst® W-303B CEM 适用于准确的蒸汽流输送，工作压力在真空到100 bar之间，可混合最大流量 1200 g/h H2O (3200 g/h IPA) 和最大流量 100 ln/min载气。温控混合装置与（热式或科氏）液体流量计和载气MFC组合使用，共同构成控制蒸发和混合（CEM）系统。
